Having come from the construction industry was a good grounding for my second career in the locksmith world.
Master Locksmiths exam passed after the minimum period of 3 years.
Skills include an in depth knowledge of locks new & antique. One of the keys behind this text I made from scratch and the other alone with the lock was repaired.
I have fitted all types of safes, opened many locked ones and refurbished.
Along the way electronic locks, entry phones , networked locking systems and alarms have been specified and installed by me.
Retractable grilles, steel security doors and more are all in a days work.
